This is our low profile winch mount for the Ineos Grenadier. Unlike most of our products which are DIY kits, this winch mount comes welded and powder coated - simply bolt it into your Grenadier's factory bumper using the existing mounting holes. This winch mount was born out of a clear need posed by the Grenadier community - the factory winch offered by Ineos has such a short winch line that its usability is severely limited. So, we set out designing this winch mount that replaces the inner center section of the factory bumper and allows you to run a standard 8000-12000lb winch with a proper 90ft winch line - all the while still maintaining a near-factory appearance. The low weight compared to a full fender to fender bumper greatly reduces the effect on your Grenadier's suspension and handling - in fact it has been kept to a weight of 35lbs through careful design work. Since this winch mount replaces some factory components, the resulting weight addition to your Grenadier is less than 20lbs - meaning no noticeable affect on your suspension height or ride quality.
To make install easy, this winch mount ships with clear and detailed step by step directions with clear diagrams and pictures. Simply unbolt your factory bumper center section and the aluminum frame bar underneath, then bolt up your new winch mount.

Purchased a high clearance bumper kit for my son’s 2nd generation Tacoma. He had almost zero welding experience and thought this would be a great crash course. I am pleased to say I was right. The bumper came out great. The precision of the cuts made tacking it a piece of cake and all the external seam welds get ground smooth anyway, so it was a great place to work on his technique. I highly recommend this project for a great bumper as well as a great learning experience.

Fantastic bumper, even for a novice welder. I really liked how all the pieces just fit together, and the locating tabs were also a big help. The one improvement I would make is to allow a little more room to access the inside of the bumper, or at least slightly larger access holes. Getting the license plate mounted was impossible for me, and the winch mount bolts were difficult. Aside from that, I love it!

The small shop that can AND DOES!!! A project type that always has challenges and no surprise I did. Bandon and the Coastal Offroad team were extremely supportive, service was excellent & responsive, and the product after several off-road excursions and a 10,000 km touring lap from Alberta down the entire Pacific Coast Hwy to Baja Mexico in the fall confirmed the bumpers performed to expectation!
