 This is a true offroad rock slider set for the 2019+ Toyota Rav4. Unlike most of our products which are DIY kits, these rock sliders ship to you already welded and powder coated - simply bolt them onto your Rav4 using the provided hardware. These rock sliders mount using existing factory mounting points (no drilling required) and provide excellent protection of your doors and rocker panels.  They are built to take a beating and can support the entire weight of the Rav4 with ease.  Due to the Rav4's unibody construction, the design of the mounting system is especially critical. If a strong rock slider is poorly mounted to the vehicle unibody, no matter how strong the rock slider is, it will simply punch through the unibody mounting points should a hard impact occur. Our mounting system uses a total of 10 bolts per rock slider to spread impact forces evenly throughout the entire length of the rocker panel structure. This substantially stiffens the rock sliders and protects the mounting interfaces on your Rav4's unibody. 

The inner rails are CNC-cut and formed in-house at our Vancouver production facility. Made of 3/16" steel, these provide a solid foundation for the rest of the rock sliders. Each inner rail is designed to match the factory holes already present in the Rav4 passenger and driver side unibody structure. This allows you to mount these sliders to the Rav4 using all factory holes in the Rav4 unibody. No frame drilling, welding or modification required! (Although we do give the option of drilling 2 of the 10 holes to a slightly larger size for hard offroad use). With all of these design features in mind, you can rest assured that these sliders will hold up to whatever trail hits you can throw at them.

These rock sliders are then finished with a round tube outer rail and our signature tree logo step plates that provide a convenient step to get in and out of your Rav4 as well as access your roof rack or roof top tent. To make install easy, the sliders ship with clear and detailed step by step directions that are accompanied by tons of diagrams and pictures
