      This options ships as CNC cut and folded parts that you then assemble and weld yourself. All kits come with detailed instructions and our steel options are a perfect project for novice welders.

      Welded, Powdercoated and Vehicle Prepared

      This option gives you a welded and powder coated bumper. For fitment purposes, we require that you drop off your vehicle with us for 1-2 days at #305 7188 Progress Way in Delta, BC. Shipping is not available. During this time, we will remove your factory bumper and associated components, complete any vehicle modifications if needed (such as bedside trimming), weld your new bumper, and then re-install your factory bumper. After another 1-2 days, you will pick up your completed bumper directly from our powder coating shop and do the final install onto your vehicle yourself. Since we have already fitted the bumper to your vehicle, this final install is very quick and easy. We are following this workflow to keep our prices as low as possible and minimize how long you will be without your vehicle. Or, additional installation services are available by request. Once you finish placing your order, a member of our team will reach out to book you in to our shop.

This is a drivetrain skid plate DIY weld-together kit for the 1986-1995 Toyota 4Runner and Toyota pickup with the 22re or 22r 4 Cylinder engine. This skid plate set mounts using all factory mounting points (no drilling required) and provides excellent protection of the radiator, front differential, engine oil pan, steering box, transmission and transfer case. Vertical reinforcing ribs run the length of the skids. These make these skid plates drastically stronger than other skid plates on the market which are simply bent into shape with little to no reinforcements and inadequate mounts.

The bumper came out great. The precision of the cuts made tacking it a piece of cake and all the external seam welds get ground smooth anyway, so it was a great place to work on his technique.     Fantastic bumper, even for a novice welder. I really liked how all the pieces just fit together, and the locating tabs were also a big help. The one improvement I would make is to allow a little more room to access the inside of the bumper, or at least slightly larger access holes. Getting the license plate mounted was impossible for me, and the winch mount bolts were difficult. Aside from that, I love it!
